Sharon Postelwait-Belz, CMDSM is nationally known for her support of mail managers and as a national speaker. She is a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager and a Certified USPS Business Partner. During her long career as a manager with The Walt Disney Studios, she advised and assisted many mail managers who were seeking innovations and improvements in their operations. Sharon managed, in addition to Mail Services, Record Retention, Reprographics and Warehouse/Shipping Operations.
Sharon is the recipient of the USPS Mail Manger of the Year Award and the extraordinary Mailcom Technical Excellence Award. She has served as Co-Chair of the Van Nuys Postal Customer Council and various MSMA positions including Chapter President, Regional Director and Secretary to the National Board.
Sharon brings to TCC clients her extensive management experience and practical solutions for every day challenges. Her long and positive USPS relations are a big plus for TCC client needs.
Robert (Bob) W. Belz, CMC, CMDSM is
the only consultant dedicated to mail center management who is certified
by the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Mail Systems Management
Association (MSMA) and by the USPS as a Certified Business Partner. The
services of TCC are provided under the strict IMC Code of Ethics which
assures the highest quality services for client needs.
Bob has a long history of serving the mail industry through leadership roles in Postal Customer Councils and the Mail Systems Management Association. He is also a member of IPMA. Bob is the recipient of mail management's highest award - the Mailcom (Ben) Franklin Award for outstanding contributions to mail communications.
Prior
to establishing TCC, Bob was a senior operations officer with a major bank
known for its leading edge mail operations and other operational services. During that time Bob
participated in multiple USPS rate cases as a member of the American
Banker’s Association, helped to create the Philadelphia Postal Customer
Council and introduced the mail industry to “Basement Syndrome”. He
has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Drexel University.
Bob is widely recognized for his articles on mail center management and his popular book Excellence
in Mail Management.
In 1995 TCC purchased the rights to Herbert W. Akers book Professional
Mail Management.
Both books are distributed by TCC and are recommended for mail industry
certification examinations.
Sharon and Bob have been speakers at local and national events where they have educated and entertained their audiences for many years. Speaking assignments have included national conferences of the National Postal Forum, Mailcom, IPMA and the Canadian Postal Association. They have also served audiences at local PCCs, MSMA Chapters and IPMA Chapters.
