"Improve Mail Services" is the mission statement of Time Critical Communications (TCC) - a national consulting firm. TCC is owned and managed
by Sharon L. Postelwait-Belz and Robert (Bob) W. Belz, both of whom are CMDSMs (Certified Mail and Distribution System Manger, Mail Systems Management Association). In addition, Bob is the only Certified Management Consultant (CMC, Institute of
Management Consultants) who’s firm is dedicated to mail center
operations. Bob is also the
author of the popular book Excellence in Mail Management. Both Sharon and Bob are nationally recognized conference speakers and supporters of mail industry associations.
The success of TCC is
based upon the identification of practical solutions coupled with equal
attention to the “people aspects” of change.
TCC believes you can have the best equipment and systems in the
world, but benefits will not be fully realized without the ownership of
